Hi, I’m Mariska

your yoga buddy! I currently teach yoga classes in Otrobanda, a beautiful neighbourhood in Willemstad, Curaçao. I belief that having a regular yoga practice can greatly benefit your life and I’m dedicated to teach classes in which you get into your body, create space and feel your energy flow freely.


I’m the kind of person who has an upbeat sparkly energy that likes to take action and go! And at the same time I love to read a pile of books quietly in a cozy corner for days on end. I love meditation and I love driving a motorcycle. I love breathwork and I love vigorous vinyasa flows. Taking action and be in moments of stillness. What I’m trying to say is that we’re not necessarily one or the other. We have so many layers, let’s embrace them!


And of course, although I’m a yoga teacher, I am not super relaxed all the time. That’s not my purpose. My purpose is to live life, feel it, learn it, do the things that ignite that awesome fire inside. Feel that inner freedom!
