I teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

Both styles have a very different character and complement each other perfectly. I love them both! The flowy, free vinyasa and the calming, soothing yin.

Just take what you need! It’s not about how it looks but about how movement feels in your body.

Yin Yoga

A calming yoga practice with slow transitions between poses. Poses are held for a couple of minutes to work into the deeper layers of your body. For healthy and strong joints, tissues & bones.

Vinyasa Flow

An active yoga class to strengthen your body. A powerful flow where we link movement and breath while moving from one pose to another. Prepare for a sweaty session!

Where can I find your yoga space?

You can find the cozy little yoga space in Otrobanda at Roodeweg 120. It is the grapefruit pink building opposite the Monte Bello cementry. From Pater Euwensweg drive into Boerhaavestraat. At the intersection with the Roodeweg turn right. You will see the building on the left. You can park your car on the Roodeweg or in one of the side streets.

What time should I arrive?

Please show up to class at least 5 minutes early. Feel free to stay for a little longer after class!

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat, a towel and plenty water! If you do not have a yoga mat, no problem, you can borrow one. There are yoga blocks available as well. If you have props that you use during yoga, feel free to bring them. Wear comfortable clothes that allows you to move your bum freely.

I'm new to yoga, can I join?

Yes, yes, yes! you can absolutely join. Classes are suitable for all levels. Follow your own pace and listen to your body. Never push too far. Give yourself time and enjoy. If you are not sure which class to start with, just get in touch.

How can I sign up for class?

You decided you wanna move your bum and sign up for class! Yeah! First step taken! You can reserve your spot by filling out the contact form, sending me an email or send a whatsapp message (check the Contact page for contact details). You pay for your class at time of booking. You will receive payment info in your inbox. Unless you already purchased a Class Package, in that case your payment is covered. When a class is fully booked I can put you on the waitinglist if you like. Whenever a spot opens, I'll let you know!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your reserved spot, here is how it works:

Pay for your class at time of booking.

More than 24 hours notice: you can cancel and will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours notice: you can cancel, no refund. You will get a class credit that can be used for another class.

Less than 12 hours notice: you can cancel, no refund, no credit.

This policy also applies for reservations made under Class Packages.
